Great view of the surroundings, especially of Bukovel. The staff at the bar were very friendly and attentive. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions.

The bed was creaky and in need of repair, which affected our sleep quality. The thin doors in the rooms made it noisy, as noise from the hallway easily seeped through.

Additionally, there was a ski room available for guests to store their equipment.

The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from. The view from the window was stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop during my stay. it was a fantastic experience.

There was one downside to my stay. The curtains in the room were not dark enough, which resulted in too much light coming in at night and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The value for money at this family-owned hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond, especially Nina, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The morning meal could have been improved by ensuring the sugar in the porridge and pancakes matched. Stronger coffee would have been a nice addition as well.

There were several negative aspects that left a sour taste in my mouth. First, the breakfast on the first day was chaotic, with no explanation or organization.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Gold Palace for 2 days. The hotel is immaculately clean and modern, just like in the pictures. The food was delicious and great value for money. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The staff, especially Nina, were always smiling and incredibly helpful. If you're looking for the best hotel in the area, don't hesitate to book!

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the lift, and the hotel even had a convenient equipment room for storing and drying our gear. The value for money was impressive, with the option to pay for a half-day when needed. one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time.
